NYAC is actively responding to the spread of 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19). We have implemented changes that may affect some appointments and visits. Your everyday health should remain your top priority—it is for us. We are here to meet your healthcare needs, as always.

Where to Seek Immediate Care

​

If you are experiencing fever and shortness of breath, seek immediate care at your nearest emergency department or call 911.

If you have flu-like symptoms, please schedule a Telemedicine appointment in order to see a care provider as soon as possible. Appointments are available five days a week, and you can see a care provider without leaving home.

We encourage all of our patients and their families to learn more about advance care planning and to fill out a

Video Visits With Our Doctors

We now offer video visits with our doctors and care providers, allowing you to see your doctor from your mobile device or computer instead of an in-office visit. To schedule a video visit, you can schedule online or call our office during business hours at 718-375-2300 for scheduling assistance.  Video visits are available for adults and for children of all ages, and for new patients.
